Don't car seat manufacturers not recommend accessories because of safety? Being parents ourselves, safety is our #1 concern. We've partnered with a 3rd party crash testing laboratory to verify that our coolers pose no negative effects when used with infant and child car seats. Of course, parents need to make sure that the "car seat harness or belt needs to fit snugly enough so that you cannot pinch the straps of the car seat harness."
Are coolers adjustable? Absolutely! Baby and Kid Coolers grow with the child, just adjust the safety buckle. Most shoulder harnesses move with the car seat. The fan speed can also be adjusted between high, medium, low, and off.
Do coolers have heating capabilities? In our future baby and kid versions, we're aiming to introduce heating functionality along with a baby left-alone alert system.
How long does the cooling effect last? Since each cooler is fan-powered, the cooling effect persists as long as there is a power source available.
Are coolers washable? While tossing them in the laundry isn't recommended due to electronic components, cleaning is simple. Wipe away any mess and allow to air dry. For more substantial messes, simply turn the cooler upside down and hose down the affected area, taking care to avoid soaking the fans.
What is the warranty period? We stand behind each product, offering a warranty against manufacturing defects for 6 months. Should an issue arise, we'll replace the product at no extra cost. Please note that normal wear and misuse are not covered under warranty.
Do coolers emit any noise? Yes, each cooler is equipped with a fan that emits a gentle white noise measuring less than 50dB at a distance of 2 feet, akin to a quiet conversation. Our upcoming 2.0 versions will be even quieter.
